Where are you located?

We are located in the JQ Rodney Bay Mall, on the Top Floor (by the Food Court).

Are all items listed on the website available now?

Items with an “In Store Now” label are available at our store. All other items listed are on the way and will in max. 2 weeks. As soon as they are in our store they will also have an “In Store Now” label!

What are the delivery options and charges for items purchased?

All items purchased online can be picked up at our store location on the Reduit Highway. All purchases over $100 will be delivered right to you, free of charge!

How long will delivery take?

All items will be delivered within 24 hours (on purchases over $100), and can always be picked up at our store location during opening hours,

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Disover, Cash on Pickup and Cash on Delivery, as well as PayPal.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is safe and secure, guaranteed by the Paypal Platform which has served millions.

I'm interested in an item which is out of stock, now what?

You can add the item to your “Wishlist” (press the heart button) or by messaging us directly, we will do our best to re-order the item(s) of your choice!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, all orders receive an electronic invoice, sent to your email address.
